The ability to order a CD of your bill pay activity is only offered by some financial institutions. If you can order a CD, please use the procedure below. If you cannot, please contact your financial institution for more information.

1. From the Other Tasks section on the Make Payments page, Order CD.

   Result: The CD Order page appears.

2. Select the type of CD and enter the shipping address, quantity, and shipping method.
3. Click Order.

   Result: The CD Order Confirmation page appears.
