The ability to order a CD of your bill pay activity is only available from selected financial institutions. If you can order a CD, please use the procedure below to check the status of your order. If you cannot, please contact your financial institution for more information.

1. From the Other Tasks section on the Make Payments page, select CD order status.

   Result: The CD Order Status page appears.
