Add a Note - Payment

You can add a note about a payment, up to 500 characters, to remind yourself of any special event associated with it. Unlike a memo, notes are not shared with the payee, and they can be added at any time, even after the payment has been processed.

  1. From the Pending Payments section section on the Make Payments page, click the amount link for the appropriate payment.

    Result: The Payment Details window appears.

  2. Click Notes.

    Result: The Notes window appears.

  3. Enter your note and click Save Changes.

    Result: The Payment Details window appears.

  4. Click Close.

    Result: The Payment Details window closes.
