Edit a Note - Bill

You can edit a note about a bill, up to 500 characters, to remind yourself of any special event associated with this bill. This note is for you only and is not shared with your payee. This note is related to the bill and not to the payment. Payment notes is a separate feature. Text in the pop-up window will clarify for you whether you are adding a payment note or a bill note.

You may edit a note to a bill from the Payment Outbox or Bill History pages.

To edit a bill note:

  1. Click on the Notes link.

    Result: A pop-up window appears.

  2. Enter your note and click Save.

    Result: Your note is saved.
