The ability to download report information is offered by some financial institutions. If this feature is available to you, please start by determining the report you'd like to download.

You can print a download a report from the Payment History, View Reports, and Search Records - Results pages. From any of these pages:

1. Click the Download link.

   Note: To ensure that all of your account information is included in the download, please make sure that the funding account nickname in your online bill payment application and the funding account nickname in your personal financial application are the same.

   Result: The Download Report page appears.

2. Select the format and transactions that you want to download.

   Note: You can download the entire history of transactions by selecting "All" or just the transactions since the last download by selecting "New." A checkmark in the last column on the right indicates the data has been previously downloaded.

3. Click Download, and then save the file with the name and location of your choice to use later.

   Result: Your report downloads. Only scheduled and completed payments are included in this report.
